Receive Your Intake Paperwork
After the appointment is arranged, we send you the intake paperwork and instructions you need before the session.
Pay the $30 Deposit & Attend
Complete the required deposit and attend your session in the agreed-upon format.
No portal required
We keep the front door simple.
You will not be asked to create a client portal just to request counseling. The first step is simply letting us know how to reach you.

About the $30 session deposit
If you cancel before your appointment reminder is sent, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after the reminder has been sent, the deposit is not refunded.

Do I need to create a client portal?
No. You can begin by submitting the short appointment-request form. We will guide you through the next steps directly.
Do I need to explain why I am seeking counseling on the form?
No. The first form is intentionally limited to contact and scheduling information. Please do not send sensitive clinical details through ordinary email or text.
Will I get a reminder before my appointment?
Yes. Reminder communication is sent before your scheduled appointment using the contact method arranged with Beacon of Hope.
What happens if I need to cancel?
You may cancel before the reminder is sent and receive a full refund of the $30 deposit. If you cancel after the reminder has been sent, the deposit is not refundable.
